This latest iteration builds on the proven capabilities of Raytheon’s existing Multispectral Targeting Systems (MTS), which are already operational on over 400 U.S. Navy helicopters. The MTS-A HD’s modular architecture allows for seamless integration and cost-effective upgrades, ensuring that existing users can easily adopt this advanced technology.
The system combines state-of-the-art electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) technology with laser designation and illumination capabilities, providing comprehensive intelligence gathering from both the visual and infrared spectrums.
